Sunday the 19th of July Findamentals

1:Tonight we started with our feet in our partners hips and we had control of their wrist,or gi cuffs.We had 3 choices(1) Turn on right hip and put our knee across their belly, pull them forward for the sweep (2) They stand up and put 1 leg forward we would grab the leg,push the opposite hip back and put them on their butt(3)They came up onto 1 knee so we put out foot under that knee for the hook,pull their arms forward,and lift up that same knee for the hooking sweep.

2:We started off being on mount smothering our partner.They used their arms to push us off,giving us the gift of their arms.We put our right hand in the centre of their chest,and brought the left hand around their right arm,and on top of our right hand.We then jumped up to a squat,and placed our left foot by their right ear.Stepping over their head with our right foot we slide down the bat pole and captured their right arm.Squeezing our knees together and welding their little finger to the centre of our chest, we lay back and bridged our hips up for the tap.

3:Here we went for drill 2 and went to secure the arm, but our partner pulled their arm back towards them and rolled onto their side.With our right hand,we grabbed their right arm,and posted on our left hand,and took our left leg off their head,and posted up to sit on their ribs.Spinning around we grabbed their left arm with our  right hand,sat down on our butt,grabbed their left  leg with our left hand, squeezed our knees together,welded their little finger to our chest, bridged up for hip penetration for the tap.

4:We went for drill 2 then 3 but fucked both up,as on drill 3 they pulled their arm back.we posted up on our left arm, and put our right hand in between their legs, turned and stepped our left leg right over(turning onto our stomach),and ended up in side control,swithed base,and killed the fly ending up in mount to start the drill again

5:Here our partner was in our side control but had  their right hand between our legs.We squeezed our knees together and pulled them down a little, pushed their head down to the point where we could swing our left leg over their head.We then swung our right leg over our left leg,so our left ankle was under the back of our right knee.We then used our right hand to grab under their stomach,and brought our left arm around also.From here we squeezed our legs down to the ground,and squeezed our arms down for the tap.This move is the reverse Triangle.
